To get your photo restored is easy as 1-2-3!
First: go to the Upload page and upload your photo. An automatic email confirmation will be sent to you after your upload.
Second: you will receive an job order with the estimated price for the job. If you agree with the terms and price you need to accept the job order by paying online using your credit card or paypal account.
Third: Once the restoration has been completed, you’ll receive an email with easy instructions on downloading your restored photos. That is easy!
Go to the Upload form page, then complete the information requested and upload a picture. (You will see a “Browse” button that will enable you to select a picture from your computer disk. If you don’t have your picture in your hard disk, you must first scan your photos onto your computer disk using a scanner, or transfer pictures from your digital camera to your computer. If you do not have the ability to scan the photo, take it to a Kinko’s Copy Center and they will help you. Just tell them to scan it for 8×10 output at 300dpi (dots per inch) and save it on a CD at a JPEG, jpg “High” quality setting. Adobe RGB (true color), Mac or PC Format. We also accept TIF, PSD, RAW files.
If you prefer to mail us your picture DO NOT MAIL ORIGINAL PHOTOS. Just scan your photo and put it on a CD, complete and print our Upload form page and mail us the disk with your specific instructions. We then will restore or colorize it and mail back to you a finished print or upload to our server for your download and the file on disk within 10 working days.
If you want us to scan the photo, just certified mail us the photo and we’ll scan, restore and certified mail you back your original photo and a finished print plus your restored photo on a disk. You can make as many prints you want from the disk There is no additional charge for us to scan your photo or to put the finished file on a CD disk.
